Yep, mine has done that a few times. Same no lights- nothing in truck. My wife pulled into Dealership, showed phone to them, they looked in truck said all good- it’s the app. Also, I have seen what you show on my iphone and at the same time her android shows no issues. The new GMC app is way better they say- not!
 

I get this response when I check my GMC app due to having a Banks I-dash plugged into the OBD-2 port. I can unplug the gauge and check it later and it's all clear. For some reason it will not communicate with the gauge plugged in.
