GM Class action lawsuit

So just saw that 9 plaintiffs have filed a class action lawsuit against GM for the active and direct fuel management systems. Anyone else see this? This does include 5.3L, 6.0L and 6.2L. No recalls have been issued as of yet that I've seen. Anyone have any more/better insight?

Wait for GM to claim "design flaw" see the 8 speed transmission.

There's a reason the first thing I did was turn off the fuel management. Lifters are too much of a pain to change.
