Was told by "Frank" today via website chat that they are no longer able to provide event codes. Have others experienced this recently?

Yup I’ve had to ask my dealer every time. I did call GM customer service line and they were more helpful than the chat as well. They told me my TPW date before the dealer.

Agree, I've pressed them several times over the last week and I get the same response from the agents. Please contact your dealer for the most up to date information. I can't get a single event code out of them.

Odd, I got an event code that it was picked up and at 3300 as of today. Im sure things have changed since the UAW strike just happening. Good luck!
I tried twice in the last 2 weeks and GMC chat says contact the dealer for event codes. I just called in 800-462-8782 and again she told me they arent allowed to give event codes. She did tell me the production date was week of the 23rd so I guess that was a little helpful.
