We took a quick trip over the weekend. Filled up the truck before we headed out and kind of noticed this black ring on the fuel nozzle. Then when I started to pull out the fuel nozzle, I notice that black ring was going to stay in the filler neck. I wedged it with the nozzle and pulled it out. That is when I realized it was the O ring on the flapper in the filler neck. Called the dealer yesterday, explained the situation yesterday and they said 2 weeks......Explained to the lady that this is a fuel seal and they got me an appointment. Disappointed they didn't put a new O ring but put the old one back on. Curious to see if it does this again.
