Well... Just dropped the truck off at the dealer. Something clunking in the front end over bumps out of the driveway and slow speed turns.
Anyone had a similar issue? Sounds like a bad CV axle to me, but I'm fully expecting to get a call with "No trouble found"

Oh also have the annoying rear leaf spring clunk... Anyone want to take bets on if they just cover the springs with grease or not lol.

Dealer ended up saying all the noise was rear springs being loose. Said they cleaned and retorqued them. We will see if it comes back.

After installing ready lift w/ UCAs and spacers, I now notice a little clunk coming from the front and rear as I roll into my driveway. Sounds similar to what you’re describing. Going to check for retorque and ball joints this weekend, but curious what would be causing the clunking.

I have a 2023 AT4 with the same clunking noise. I've had the truck less than 30 days and also have a malfunctioning upper glove box (won't open), faulty rear parking sensor and a charging pad that seems to cycle on and off. I'll report back on the suspension issue.

Has the exact same issue along with other noises in the rear. They replaced the rear passenger spring kit last week but heard it twice this weekend. Also when I jump on the rear bumper there's noise coming from the suspension. My boss has exact truck and zero noise from the rear suspension. The clunk noise seems to come from under the front passenger floor though.

I've got the clunk. Assumed it was normal until I saw this thread. Truck has 200 miles on it.

I test drove a Denali and an at4. Both had that glove box issue. The one I bought is fine though. Clearly an issue.

The mystery noise seems to have disappeared. I have just under 8k miles on the AT4. I can't tell you when it stopped, but it seemed to lessen as the mileage increased.

The glove box is still on re-order. As was mentioned in a previous post, I can open it but need two hands - pressing down on the front while pushing the release button.

I have a 23 with 300 miles on it and have noticed the same clunk. I’ll take it to my dealer and see what their answer is. Love the truck, but this is my second odd problem. Mine is a 3.0 diesel that apparently left the factory with the wrong software causing a false check engine light.

They replaced my glove box and the issue came back. I’m convinced it’s a tolerance stack up issue with the designs. Only have the issue when it’s hot, so when the materials expand, the tolerance is too tight to make it open.

I haven’t had the clunk since they replaced the rear shackles and retorqued everything. Must’ve been a bad batch of shackles.

I've got a 24 3500 and it's doing the same thing. They already replaced the rear springs. Only got 2000 miles.
