Front amber marker lights

Hi, 2023 GMC 2500 AT4 HD.
Are the two amber marker/directional lights on the front suppose to be on when headlights and or marker lights go on ?
There not coming on only when i put directional on, but I thought hey came on with headlights ?

Mine are just turn signals also on a '22 Denali and a '23 AT4.

Also are the lights under the switches suppose to go when I push the switch, hazard, exhaust brake etc ?

Yes.

They will dim down to nothing if'n you have the dash dimmed down.
