Fog light upgrades

I have a 21 with the 3.0 Duramax. Living in Montana crappy weather and wildlife make driving interesting. No one makes a direct replacement for the fog lights that is compatible with the Duramax and a block heater. I’m tempted to get the Baja Designs kit and see if I can make it work but that’s a $1000 experiment. The site says it is not compatible with my truck. Any babymax owners in here that made something work? Thanks

You could put a set of ditch lights on if'n you like the look. They would be adjustable also.
