Can you mount a 35x12.5x20 on the stock AT4 rims without rubbing? Would prefer to avoid a leveling kit for the time being.

I would guess a slight rub. I plan on purchasing new tires after the first of the year and I plan on going to Discount Tire and having them mount a set to determine the amount of rub. I’m looking at the Nitto Recon Grapplers AT as brand and as far as sizes:
275/65 R20 - 34.1" X 10.6"
285/65 R20 - 34.6" X 11.2”
295/60 R20 - 33.9" X 11.6”
35x11.50x20
35x12.50x20
Regular Cab Duallies
"RCD"
I would definitely go with an 11.50. The 12.50 might be too wide for the stock wheel, and like @LamboTexas said, it would more than likely rub.

I had the dealer add 1" level to my AT4 and now I have a 3/4"-1" rake, I have a pretty heavy custom built toolbox/fuel tank combo and still wanted to be able to throw 300-500# in the bed and not have my lights competing with the stars. I recommend looking for tires that will give you the height you want but as close to the weight of the stock tires. They will always be heavier but some are a lot heavier. I'm running 18" wheels but found some Nitto's @ 34" and only 10# heavier.
