Has anyone done this accessory purchase from the dealer? I bought the at4x, but the dealer is being a nightmare to deal with. Multiple gmc employees in service told me they would work before I bought the truck and the accessories. Then they said they wouldn't install them because I would need aftermarket wheels and tires and that would void the factory warrantee somehow even though these are gmc approved and installed accessories.??? so I said what if I bought factory gmc 20" wheels still no. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

agreed. the at4x's are just so hard to find. it will be awesome when ready

i ended up buying aftermarket Brembos because the GMC kit was too small for my 24 inch wheels.

Those are some serious brakes! 💪
The rotors are 16.5" and they still look small against those wheels, but, I'm enjoying them. The only complaint I have is the amount of brake dust they accumulate on my wheels. Fortunately, I wash my AT4 twice a week, so they don't get too discolored.

I have the factory brembo option. I had to purchase the 20" wheels for them to work. In fact when ordering online, I was only able to select 20's with the brake option checked.

My calipers are slightly bulkier than those. I went with the BM-8 series calipers, which isn't the usual blocky caliper Brembo is putting on factory vehicles. The BM-8 series calipers have a more organic look to them, which sets them apart. I opted to have them color matched my AT4, but now looking back, I wish I would of had them chrome plated since I don't have any chrome on the vehicle (and it's a bit of a throwback to the days where chrome plated parts were the norm).

The factory brembos are much larger than the standard brakes, they require the 20" wheels and the backspacing of the factory wheels etc to clear. The dealer is right on that aspect, but wrong that it will void your warranty.
