Engine went kaput

2022 At4 total engine failure. It’s been 2 weeks and they said could be a month or more waiting for backordered radiator . Truck is in same spot since i had it towed in 2 weeks ago.

They put me up in a little Colorado truck as a rental. Anybody have anything like this happen before? Any compensation from gmc for being without my truck for that long?

Unfortunately things happen, not much info on the original post; total engine failure does not add up to waiting on a radiator? There must be a lot more to this story.
No compensation, a loaner is nice even in a smaller pickup.

My instrument cluster was out for 3 weeks. Called GMC and raised hell. $500. voucher for accessories.

I mentioned this as the service manager said if it takes over a month call GMC and maybe they’ll wave a payment.

Not sure why it needs a radiator either? But that’s what he said. The engine is in, but he said the radiator could be a month or more with the strike.
