I currently have a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4 with the 6.2L engine. I go off-roading at least 3 times per month.

I recently went off-roading this week and noticed that my low range 4-wheel drive was not engaging. High range 4-wheel drive was engaging with no issue. Same with putting it back on 2-wheel drive.

I was just wondering if anyone else had ran into this issue. I tried putting it in neutral, putting it in park and even just in drive. But no luck.

If anyone has an update on this or would have any additional information on it, it would be greatly appreciated.

4-Low won't engage in anything other than neutral. You also need to be stationary. The manual says under 3 Mph but that never works for me. There may be times where I let off the brake to let the gears mesh but that's it. I just stop, shift to N, press the 4L button, hear the clunk, shift to D and carry on. If that's what you did, there may be an issue with the T-Case.

Never got it worked out unfortunately. Took it to the dealership to get looked at but they told me that the spacers "might" be causing the issue. Also that the only way for them to figure it out was to put the stock wheels back on and see but I didn't wanna go through all that hassle. Still riding it out and luckily my 4-hi works well when offroading but 4-low still does not engage.
