DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW RUBBING SOUND/SKIPPING WHEN WET?!?!

The drivers side window in my 2022 1500 AT4 LTD makes a rubbing sound and skipps slightly going up and down only when its wet. Either after rain or a carwash etc. but is normal when its dry. Seems like there is might be water getting inside the door and causing this issue?? Anyone else have a similar issue or have ANY input whatsoever? This is driving me nuts. Any help is much appreciated!
