Dip or paint front tow hooks

I'd like to either paint or dip my front tow hooks black. I don't have any experience with "dipping or wrapping" anything.
Where would I buy it and how to use it. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

In the same boat.... just painted my Exhaust tips, the hooks are the only red left on my truck.

Paint would be cheaper...... unless you want the option to revert back to red down the road.

I have some shadowblack Hyperdip though.
