Purchased a GMC Accessory light plugged into receiver hitch into the 4 pole power terminal.
Consistently defaults to Guest Trailer mode. Have to go into settings set trailer to Accessory no Trailer or we get messages check left tail, right tail etc.
Intermittently will keep the setting for Accessory no trailer. It does default back to, 98 + % of the time to Guest Trailer requiring the above procedure to be performed again.
Does anyone see an option to set defaults within any settings menus for this option?
If not and any GM engineers that may be reviewing these threads, can this be thought about and addressed?
