Cold Air + Exhaust

I have a 22/6.2 with Borla cat back. I have been looking hard at the S&B. I have read a CAI on its own is not going to provide any real gains. My question when you do exhaust and CAI will you notice anything?
Could I expect any gain in MPG? Any exhaust note change?

Shockingly I actually saw a 5-7MPG gain with cold air intake exhaust and tonneau cover! I figured maybe 1 if that but it helped a lot that adds up!

It would be worth it to me if I could just see half that as a gain. I do understand all of this stuff we do to our trucks is all personal preference and if you are happy who cares. I am not trying to get a 30MPG 6.2, but bidenomics sucks.
