Hey Guys,

Just bought my AT4 and absolutely love it! BUT I have noticed a clunk in the front (middle) end, directly under the driver seat when pulling into my driveway or pulling out of my driveway as there is a slight bump at the end of the driveway. My previous truck (F-150) had a similar issue and it turned out the leaf springs needed grease around the spring spacers. Before I head to the dealer, has anybody else experienced a similar problem? If so, what ended up being the issue/fix? Thanks!

Haven't had this issue on my AT4. But I did have a very similar issue on my previous Ram 1500, same clunking sound when pulling out of the drive way. It turned out the bolt on the bottom of front driver side strut wasn't torqued properly. Pretty easy fix.

Thanks for the reply! I ended up finding a thread about a similar issue and the fix was to insert pieces of a bike tube where the metal meets in the leaf springs. literally took 20 minutes and has been quiet ever since. Glad I didn't waste half a day at the dealership :)
