Got a new AT-4X AEV,GMC sierra truck, and wondering if anybody can tell me why my cat back mufflers are so quiet? Tks

I have a 2022, it was very quiet when I got it as well. I added the GM (Borla) exhaust system- very happy with it! I am close to you if you ever wanna hear it

I bought a 2023 AT4X to replace a 2021 AT4 that was stolen. Same engine but the new truck is much quieter? Not sure why...

Same here quite a bit. Disappointing can’t figure out what has changed. Tail pipe goes below the bumper now, not through it. Surely that wouldn’t make much difference.

I also have the Borla's on my 22 AT4X and it's loud AF on cold start. It sounds great though!

I put the Borla on my 2023 AT4... absolutely love it. The wife, not so much. The kids, absolutely. The cold start is great, and the drone while driving it isn't bad.

That sounds about what I’m looking for. Not sure what these other mufflers are made for sure not hot rodding.

I have the Borla S-Type....Cold Start has a loud and aggressive snarl but it tappers off in approx. 20 sec....also if it's early I usually put it in to drive right away to quiet it down a bit for the neighbors (LOL)...but I love it, wouldn't want it any louder though but absolutely no drone...it does have a nice back kick when you get off of it; feels like a different truck.

Can anyone put up a short video of the muffler sound ,gonna try to get over to Hot Springs? I have a friend that’s gonna let me listen to his mufflers ,sure made a mistake with the cats backs.

Mine is exactly the same, did you order yours thru GM as well?
