Body Lift for AT4’s?

This may probably a dumb question, but I’m still new to the newer suspension-type GM trucks. Are we able to put a body lift on our AT4’s like you could on the old Silverados and Sierras of the 90’s and 2000’s if we wanted to raise the body up a couple of inches? Or are the only options we have the leveling kit or a full blown suspension lift?

if the answer is the latter, has anyone done the leveling kit themselves? Like is it something you can do by yourself in your garage on a Saturday? I see the kits on Summit’s website for around $100, but I didn’t know if it was something where you have to pull the struts to install them or anything like that.

Please don't do a body lift. Especially on a newer rig like yours. Might even be more of a PITA than a normal lift...

Anyways, a bunch of levels/lifts can be installed by you, with the right tools. Do some research, and see if it seems like something you are willing to do and have the skill/ability to do.

Oh it wouldn’t have been anything I would have rushed out and bought today or anything like that. I was just curious. Eventually I’d like to lift it and put bigger tires on it, but that’s many moons down the road.

I do like the idea of the leveling kit though, so I may look at that. I have always disliked the rake GM puts on all their trucks, but once again, with a wife and son that’ll be 5 next week, that’s probably down the road too.

I’m OCD, so I like things level lol. Perfect straight lines, right angles, etc. I’m weird, I know. Drives my wife insane.

I did however show the wife the exhaust @LamboTexas put on his truck, and she liked it as much as I did, so I might be able to convince her to let me do that lol.
