I've seen a post or two before but didn't see any suggestions. I'm looking to swap out the chrome lug nuts for black lug nuts with the black AEV wheels. GM shows the part # 85124436 for black lug nuts. The best price I can find is still over $300. Anyone found any quality alternatives? Not trying to cheap out, but that seems absurd for lug nuts.

My local tire shop had black ones. Had them put the black ones on when they did the new tires last week. Not sure of the brand, but the sure look good.

That’s a good idea. I’ll check with my local tire shop and see how much they charge. Thanks!

Its funny but I considered black lug nuts then changed my mind since I have a black AEV truck and wanted the chrome nuts to stand out on black AEV wheels. Put some pics up when/if you get them; may help change my mind. :)

Got these on American Trucks about 2 years ago, no issues or complaints. My OEM chrome ones were already split and bulging at about 4 months. I have the OEM AT4X wheels (non AEV)

I got the $300 ones from GM but found these on AEV’s website.

I found those as well, but was concerned the price was so low and saw a couple reviews mentioning they looked scratched up after a few removals and one review mentioning they thought the flange should be wider.

Ah those might just do the trick considering they are AEV wheels, surely they should match and fit perfect!

Decided to try the black vinyl lug nut covers you get on Amazon 20.00 set I think
if they were junk then Id buy the GM ones.
Been 2 yrs now no issues never come off
look great high gloss only tip is poke a very small hole in end so when you push on air can escape they git tight then hole seals up you dont see it
