Highway 5 between LA and SF needed fuel for my 2023 3.0L Turbo Diesel AT4. Started to panic. First stop - only had "bioDiesel" second stop - same thing... now I'm getting that fear that finding Diesel may not be as easy as I was told it would be. (This is my first diesel truck). Kind of panicked at this point. Google BioDiesel - "it can void your warranty" ahhhh. Finally found a 76 that had Diesel#2 but pump said "renewable". BioDiesel pumps all said up to 20% bio in their diesel.

I put in 10 gallons so I could get to a safer area and put in regular Diesel #2,

What is the safe fuel to use in this motor? I guess more importantly, what is NOT safe?

Thanks,

No worries. Screw goggle, read the GMC Diesel Supplement manual, says up to 20% bio. Around Nebraska, pumps say that also what you were seeing. I bet it had 5% or less according to my fuel supplier. Renewable/bio... all the same.
