AT4 Winch bumper with the Diesel

Nope. Haven’t found any replacement bumper even without a winch for the 3.0l.

You can’t even get a Ranch Hand grill guard at the current time.

I saw one or two that said they'd work with the diesel. Chassis Unlimited says it works with the diesel but haven't returned my email about whether it'll work with a winch or not.

I ordered the Chassis Unlimited Prolite Series Front Bumper on Feb. 6. It accepts a winch and website says it fits the diesel. Confirmation email says it is scheduled to ship end of March or beginning of April.

Refresh model? I emailed and they said it won't fit. Let me know what you find out.
What winch are you going with?

I went with the Smittybilt X20 with synthetic rope Gen3. I have 2023 Sierra 1500 AT4 with 3.0 diesel so I will double check fitment with them.
Website says it will fit gas or diesel and the Warn VR EVO 12 winch also.
Here is link to bumper:

Let us know how it works for you. Every picture they have of it, they have taken in the shadows. How the hell do you get to the spool release. On you back/knees to reach under? Most times by the time I give up, the bottom of bumper is draging in mud, snow, cow sh!t, insert stucky stuff here.

If you don't install a light bar, I would bet it would flow enough unrestricted air flow to the intercooler.

Just confirmed I need to cancel my order. It will not fit refresh model due to the fog lights and where they are located. My bad for not doing enough research. The bumper has openings on the side of the winch that allows you access to the spool release from the front. I am the same as you regarding giving up - winch is the last resort and result can be very messy!

Yea, I contacted them and they said they are looking into it but have no timeline.
It sucks cause I want to take this truck wheeling this summer and don't want to go without a winch...

I think they expect everyone to power out the winch. It isn't a deal killer for me if that's the only way I can get a winch on this truck, but it sure does put excess wear on the motor.

Update: I can confirm that there is now a version of the prolite bumper with winch that does fit the 2023 with the 3.0 diesel. I did have to remove the lower louver box in order for the winch to fit. I have not noticed any increase in operating temperature and there appears to be plenty of room for airflow to the intercooler. I opted for the airflow screen instead of the light bar for this reason. When removing the lower louver box you will need to relocate the louver motor and fabricate some sort of travel limiter (There is a separate post on this forum on this matter) otherwise the check engine light will illuminate.

There is no need to power out the winch as there is an opening that allows you to reach the clutch in order to disengage the spool.
