Anyone installed a VSE fuel system saver?

Coming up on first fuel filter change on my 3.0 dmax and have seen the VSE fuel system saver on a few YouTube videos. Looks like a good upgrade to me but was wondering if anyone has any firsthand experience…

I’m worried it might hang a little lower than the stock setup but at least it’s made of billet and not plastic.

I watched a few videos on YouTube as well and it looks like the forward filter sits just slightly lower than the bottom of the frame. I honestly do see it being an issue with normal driving on the street, only time it would concern me would be actual off-roading where a possible stick or object could puncture the filter. (A small plate for protection underneath the filters wouldn't be hard to fab up) I have about 5k miles before my fuel filter change and I am looking into getting this as well.

Interesting. I wonder why FASS or Air Dog haven't come up with anything.
