I just got a 2021 AT4 diesel , when I got it home I noticed the driver side fender was not alined properly and also noticed the steering wheel was wasn’t lined up. I Took it back to the dealership to have them addresses the issue and install a level kit, they had the truck for about a week when I get it back and noticed the rear end is still higher than the front and passenger side tire is rubbing on the inner wheel well. anytime I make a right hand turn. I also noticed the the driver side top control arm has big nicks in it, I take it back to the dealership and tell them the front is not leveled with the rear end and show them the nicks in the control arm, they have it for 2 weeks now. When I go back to pick it up I noticed the passenger side front door is off line and the door is not closing properly . I also noticd that the passenger side tire is still rubbing against the inner wheel well. i show the service tech that the door looks off set and the passenger tire is still touching the inner wheel well. At this point the service manger come out and tell me that all AT4 have this issue and if I don’t like it then trade it in. There’s nothing they can do about it. (To address the leveling issue they lowers the rear end to match the front) and the big nicks in the control arms they said they are not going to do anything about it.

Was the leveling kit one that they provided or did you buy one and bring to them?
The nicks in the control arm sounds like a shitty mechanic when they put the lift kit in.
As far as rubbing, did it rub from the gate or did it start after the lift kit. With factory wheels and tires it shouldn’t rub. I think once you put maybe 34’s and for sure 35’s on it, it’s gonna rub and you have to take out/ grind some of the fender

They provide the kit. And it wasn’t rubbing at all till they put the level kit on. But according to the service manger all AT4 have rubbing issues. And he is going to provide with a statement from GMC stating that. I’m waiting
