2024 3500 at4 I want amber grille lights for the grille or hood scoop area any suggestions on a kit?

Take a look at the Putco Virtual Blades. You can configure it for a couple different patterns as well as start up sequences. They have multiple sizes and you can switch between amber or white. I have one on my 2020 AT4, easy install, and have not had any issues.

They also have a remote you can purchase separately that basically turns the light bar into a strobe.
