After the latest recall / update my marker lights arent working from fuse tap

I have a Avs light shield and cab marker light accessory that I had running with a fuse tap into fuse 41 trailor/ parking . They used to be running at all times which I wanted. After this recall update they aren't on all the time. They only turn on now when I turn on when the headlights on . Any suggestions to get them running full time again ? It seems like it worked before only because the headlights were always on with the daytime running lights but the update fixed that.

I just noticed too, that when I remote start the car the light bars are on with just the daytime running. Which is what I want , but then when I press the ignition , the light bars go off and the daytime runners stay on . I'm perplexed.
