What are your thoughts about an AFM/DFM disabler for the 2020 AT4 1500 6.2L 10speed transmission. I cannot find one on the market yet. Rpms go up way high when I gas it to get passed someone on the freeway.
Thanks, Charles
I don't think a DFM disabler will fix that issue. From what I understand, any significant throttle input will activate all the cylinders immediately . Gas engines just require high rpms to make power. So even if you have 8 firing all the time, the transmission will still down shift to put the engine in it's powerband which I'm guessing is above 4k rpms. Are there any more problems you're having? Someone else chime in if I'm missing something.
