I think I may be the only person in here with a gasser. I am having a hard time getting pics of an exhaust that exits behind the tire versus straight out the back. Anyone have some with some links with good pics or can recommend a bolt on set up like that....preferrably with a black tip.
Thanks!

You may be right my friend. Don't see many of the 6.6L gassers here or on the road.

6.6 gasser here my friend. they are around. But sadly, no pics of a re-routed tail pipe.

You are definitely not the only one with the gas engine here. The diesel guys just talk a lot more in here.

Why is that? I'm not familiar with the 6.6 gas engine. I've been a diesel guy for the last 15 years. What years was that engine popular. Please fill me in.
I think there are several classes of people that buy a 2500. A lot of them are spending all that money to write off on their company, then there are those that actually pull at the trucks capacity(maybe hilly) that need a diesel, most gas vehicles are in work trucks and we can;t get them in CC 8' bed fast enough.
I was looking for a gas engine because most of my life the truck won't go more than 15 miles a day. In my head, that is damaging to a diesel engine. I am also a RAM guy. My 2019 1500 was my favorite truck of all time(and it was paid off). It just couldn't pull the tractor and have the ground clearance I needed to access the family property I am taking care of. I need a higher end truck because 4 times a quarter I entertain some CEO level guys. I couldn't find a RAM with a gas engine or or a GMC close to me other than this one. I really want either a gray or silver truck from either brand. The closest were Jacksonville, or Nashville. So here I am with the only AT4 or Denali gasser within hundreds of miles. LOL

Seems like once you hit the AT4/Denali level most guys say, wtf, just take all my money. I was looking for an SLT gas but couldn't find one anywhere. Like you, ended up with the only AT4 gasser around.

Regarding why I wanted gas vs duramax: Initial cost. Gas cost. Maintenance cost. Don't need all that towing. Wanted more payload than 1/2 tons offer.

cheers

Another AT4 gasser in Memphis here, but 3500 version - had to drive 600+ miles up to Wisconsin to get it. I pull a travel trailer and fill my bed with toys (ebikes, kayaks, camp gear, etc), so my primary concern was payload. Don’t need diesel to handle
what I’m hauling, but all that payload sure is handy!
