Anyone with 3.0L ever have issues with DPF differential pressures? I’m seeing up to 33 kPa and dealership telling me “this is normal”. Every thing I’m reading says 30-35 kPa during WOT is terms for replacing DPF. Idle DPF differential pressure is 10 to 15 kPa. Thoughts?

- EGT’s - 1250 to 1300 def F WOT
- Boost - 30 psi max WOT
- Software I’m using doesn’t show pre and post DPF pressure, just differential.

I’m using a cheap Bluetooth ODI-II paired with software app on my phone to read the data but all other data seems within normal range. Only other issues I’m having is MPG fluctuation during steady throttle i.e. bouncing around between 27-33 on flat road going 50 mph.

Recently replaced radiator due to leaking. Wonder if there is a correlation… 🤔 first diesel and GM product with nothing but issues since week 2…

I have a 22 R LM2 and all is well; I had the boost pump replaced under warranty on the same day I took the truck in. I use the I Dash and do not monitor DPF differential or have seen any posts monitoring DPF differential.
If you don't have any codes I wouldn't worry about it. How many miles on the truck? :)
It might be better to move the post to the 3.0 Duramax section for more response?
