3.0 - Code thrown??

Loving my truck. 2021 AT4 w/ the 3.0 duramax. Coming in from rig site the wonderful check engine light decided to come on. Stopped at O’Reillys to see if they could check code for me,
Below is what pooped. My first diesel. I have added 2 gallons of def fluid in the 5500 miles that I driven in a little under the 2 months ownership.
I know they say def can go bad?? Anyone have a clue? Sorry for the blur. Took picture of his code scanner. It showed 3 codes with all 3 being the same number. 1permanent, 1 pending,

As far as I know def last about a year if stored in a normal place. Your truck should have went through a regen process usually happens once every tank of fuel seems like on mine. The first couple time you’ll smell a burning smell then after that I just notice by how the truck exhaust sounds it’ll sound kinda rough but when it does make sure you let that little diesel eat so it burns all that soot out if not it will cause problems down the road, not saying that’s your problem but who knows.

I have been babying it. A lot of lease roads that’ll take about 45 minutes (20 mph limit on ranches, when you can actually go 20). Maybe my main problem. I had 150 mile round trip today with only short lease roads. When I got back to town I bought a container of Blu Def, it’s like when I opened def tank light went out??? Put about 2 gallons and that put it back on full. It was on 1 mark above 1/2 on the digital gauge.
