2024 AT4X Diesel

Is anyone having “Service Axle Lockers” message? Truck in for repair for 2nd time is 4 months this year for same issue. No one seems to be able to fix it. 21K miles when it happened first. 33K miles second time. Lemon Law doesn’t apply. Dealership offered no loaner or rental car. It’s still under 3/36k warranty. Also, seems overly loud when slowing or turning in front end. Anyone else noticed that?
