2023 GMC Sierra AT4X Rigid Light bar installation

I just installed 40“ Rigid RDS SR PRO LED light bars on two 2023 Sierra AT4X’s. I made a video on the second install and posted it on YouTube today. It requires some fabrication and a bit of grinding but the result is how it should have been offered from the factory. Check it out if you are interested in doing the same. Cheers!

If your grill is a bit different you can flip the brackets over and use them on the opposite side to change the vertical position of the bar. Different spacers can also be used and you can top or bottom mount the bar to the brackets. Lots of flexibility in mounting position.

I just got a AT4X AEV 2 days ago! What all is needed and necessary for a which as such? Right now, I have a license plate bracket since it is the law where I am but I am willing to have that inside the cab and ride semi dirty haha. Thank you!

Here is a link to the Warn Zeon 10S platinum winch install. It was not easy but I’m very happy with the result. It would be much easier to use the Comeup winch that the bumper was designed to fit. You can order the kit from GM. The only down sides are it’s 8k vs 10k with the Warn Zeon, and it’s made in China. Also, the Warn can be entirely enclosed since the clutch engagement is through remote control. I prefer Warn Products.
This is a long video.
Only consider this install if you are comfortable tearing apart and grinding on a brand new 80K Truck,

Fritz, I'm looking to do this to my truck and am wondering if you ever fabbed up a few more of those brackets like you mentioned in your video. I'd be interested in buying a pair from you if so. I'm Anchorage based as well. Thanks for the detailed video!
