2023 3500hd at4 valve body issues

Just had the CEL come on with the “engine power decreased “ note. Just turned over 23k miles. Took it to the dealer and they said the valve body is bad. I’ve seen a few post on here that this seems to be an ongoing problem hence the issue with valve bodies being on back order. The dealer says they don’t know when they’ll get a replacement. I saw someone say they requested a whole new transmission because of the severe back order. How realistic is that and is there any other options of rectifying the problem and notifying someone about a possible recall issue? Thanks!

I just recently purchased a 2023 GMC 3500HD with 22K about 3 weeks ago and same thing happened to me- "CEL came on with the- engine power decreased “ The truck is at the GMC Service Center (NJ) and they told me the same thing! The Transmisson Valve Body is on back order. The dealer says they don’t know when they’ll get a replacement. I have the same question?
