2023 1500 AT4 3.0L passenger noise

In July I bought a 2023 GMC AT4 1500 baby diesel. I love it!!! Small problem, the noise coming from the passenger floor area is killing me. It only happens during accelerations, for a few seconds then goes away. Normally around 1500-1700 RPMs and 35-50 MPH. I can't figure it out. It's a vibrating humming noise that gets louder then goes away. I love this truck but my wife will not ride with me until it's fixed. Some have said EGR. I don't have a clue. Any help would be great.

Sorry I don't have a clue but I'm going to watch your very important thread here because my wife is considering a 1500 that matches my 2500 AEV

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try and record the sound and put it on here for experts to evaluate.

Vibrations like that are typically heat shield related (aluminum vibrating against the frame, firewall, etc). For what it’s worth…the exhaust routes down under the truck on the passenger side…might be worth crawling under the truck to see if there is something jammed up down there.

Any update on this. My 24 3.0 will was doing it and vibrating the passenger dash. Cat bolt and shields were loose. I'm still hearing a slight drone though compared to my sons at4x who's is super quiet

I'm currently at the shop to get it looked at. I'll keep you posted. Thank you for the info.
