2022 Sierra Refresh Speaker Upgrade

I got the new 2022 GMC Sierra Elevation last week. The speakers are terrible and I would like to upgrade them ASAP but can’t find any information on them. Does anyone have any recommendations on upgraded speakers or the sizes that are used? I don’t need anything too loud, just better quality.

I tried, they don’t have the 2022 1500’s listed yet.

Agree. Worst speaker setup I’ve ever had.

Someone just totally redid his system a few months ago. He used an adapter on the front door speakers that he said was a big bang for buck upgrade

1" tweeter up on the dash, 6x9 or 6 1/2 with adapters front and rear doors.

Dealership gave me a 2022 Limited Denali as a loaner for my 2022 refresh AT4 as they had it for service. Same Bose stereo, yet the speakers in the limited are WAAAAAAAAY better. Fugging hate the sound system in my AT4! One would expect the same quality, from the same system, from the same manufacturer, and especially for the damn price. My guess is it's a crappy head unit integrated into these new dash consoles. We shouldn't have to seek an aftermarket system in these trucks!
