2022 heated steering wheel.

Purchased Jan. 2022. Finally heated and cooled seats March 2023. Received call from GMC 9/25/2023. They set up my dealer to order whatever for my heated steering wheel. Pieces, parts to arrive in a couple weeks. Dealer will notify me for install. Prolly be 22 months waiting for this. Hopefully will have heated wheel for the 3rd winter.

I was in a similar situation. Dealer ordered the steering wheel and it was about 3 weeks to get it in and installed.

Was it the same wheel type? I've read that the replacement wheel is not leather wrapped.

It's leather like the old one, only with a heated button.

I never knew I wanted a heated steering wheel until I got this truck. Its a nice feature in the winter.

I'm in Texas and winter lasts 2 days in December, and about 10 days in February. But, I'm cold natured already and am looking forward to trying it out.
