2020 AT4 1500 SD Card not working

I have researched and am trying to find out what part number goes specifically to my 2020 AT4 1500.

Can anyone point me in the right direction and can I buy a used one on eBay?

8447 1303 is the sd card that was in my truck but not sure if it is the correct one. When I bought the truck used, the nav never worked but want to get it fixed now.

Nothing new. I had someone check it and was told it was the card. This is the part number that is on the card 8447 1303. What year and what part number is on your card? I just want to know if it’s the right card, since I bought it used, and can I just buy an eBay card and will it work? I still have the same questions. I haven’t found anything new and I might just have to bite the bullet and get it fixed. Or just leave it and keep using apple play.

Just paid $129.95 for GMC Service Center to diagnose my 2020 AT4 for "SD CARD REMOVED" error message ...technician says it is the SD Card but cannot guarantee. Suggested I purchase one online and "Give it a try".
My SD Card part number is 8681 0236 if that helps?

Thanks for the response. I still haven’t addressed the issue as I’m busy modifying other things. Pleas lmk where you get it and if it works if you decide to buy one. I’ll do the same if I address it before you do. Yeah and that sucks you have to pay for them to tell you it might be the card.

My card is 8681-0236. I found one on Amazon, purchased it … it did not resolve the issue. I called my GMC Dealer and informed them their diagnostics were incorrect. I have another appointment tomorrow, Nov 6 for them to continue diagnostics … no charge.

Another round of diagnostics today … Monday Oct 6, 2023. Dealer Service tech recommends replacing SDCard reader. Of course, it is not in stock and had to order.
Card reader ordered … $~420 … unknown delivery date.
Service Manager and I agreed if problem is not correct, there will be no charge for the card reader.
Stay tuned.
On another note, I have discovered this issue is across GM’s brand lines … GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, etc. Even the stingray has the issue. GM should replace under warranty given the nature of the issue.

SD Card reader replaced … same error … “SD CARD REMOVED”. Tech recommended replacing wiring connector .. replaced .. same error.
Now, they are saying I need to order a new SD CARD through them at a cost of $500 plus dollars. The SD card I ordered myself is identical in all aspects to the original one installed in the truck … including the identifying numbers.
If that doesn’t work, then they recommending to replace infotainment system … unbelievable. I did some research and found there is a class action lawsuit for the infotainment system.
My GMC dealer is trying but getting no where. They have even called GM for support but no luck.
I believe I’m done with GM products. Anyone interested in a 2020 Sierra AT4 Carbon Pro addition…. LOL.

Wow. Unbelievable. It can’t be that hard to trouble shoot this thing. They should have plug n play pieces already. I’ve been using my Apple play but damn id still like to have it working. Thanks for the leg work. Please keep us posted.

Update on SD CARD REMOVED … I remembered I purchased a GPS update in 2021 from GMC … switched cards back to original that came in the truck and BAM … all is working again.
However, I decided it was time to change and traded the truck for a new Lexus.
