2 Months of Ownership

After 2 months ownership, I've got ~1900 miles with an 8 hour trip to the beach and a little off roading at my hunting properties. A few observations:
1) Good travel vehicle for 4. The tonneau was great as the bed was filled with 4 adults luggage, yeti coolers etc, but it did not rain and the tonneau is not water tight. Very comfortable and endless power. Brakes are terrible
2) Cruise control: 2 long trips, I've had it 'run away' on steep down hills. First time was a little unnerving going into a turn on the down hill.
3) Not sure if I like that it automatically comes on. The Apple Carplay also decides to come on the main screen and then off at will?
4) Off roading is substantially different than my 1994 Land Cruiser. The longer wheel base and extra weight is a different animal. The LC is more like a UTV, and the AT4 needs a little extra attention.

Some things I've noticed about mine (1100 miles)
1) When wet, the blindspot warning likes to illuminate without a car there
2) The OEM Rancho shocks are on par with Bose in quality (meaning they're pure garbage)
3) Bose sucks...did I say that already? LOL! No OEM or aftermarket source for getting an unaltered sound signal makes true quality sound impossible.
4) I can't adjust the rear view mirror the way I want it...it's either up or down. Poopy.
5) It always feels like it's misfiring. (6.2L) Regardless of mode, L9, etc...it always stumbles or misfires. Told this it normal with DFM. I HATE IT!!! Unpossible to disable.
6) HUD image vibrates VIOLENTLY when listening to music at enjoyable volumes. It's so bad that I have to turn it off.
7) No auto-lock feature (that I've found yet). My corvette locks when I walk away from it, why can't my truck?
8) The lack of functionality (steering controls and others) when using a device (like an iPod) for music playback. Nothing works other than volume. It "indexes" every time you turn the truck on, and none of the buttons do anything. You have to start it playing from the iPod. Annoying as hell.
9) When using voice command, (such as "Play Korn") playback is always in alphabetical order of songs.
10) Navigation by voice (such as "navigate to this address") is useless. Just pull over and input it manually.
11) Exhaust is so quiet it sounds like an electric car.

I'm sure there will be more. I genuinely thought there would be more likes than dislikes with this truck...but my experience hasn't been very good so far.

For #7, there is a setting for passive locking, I think that’s what it’s called. It makes it lock when the fob walks away from the truck. You just turn it on in the vehicle settings
