My dad’s 2020 AT4 that I’ve inherited (he passed away two months ago). Only 8800 miles on it. Absolutely love the truck. Aside from the color (just not a red fan, my GTO is already red). I’ll probably wrap it once I execute his will and transfer the title to my name.

Yeah I would have gotten here eventually. The “long story” I mentioned, is rather funny. The old man and I went to the 2019 Dallas Auto Show because I wanted to look at the new trucks. I have always been a Chevy guy, but the new Fords and new Dodges weren’t bad, so I thought I’d look for S’s and gigs. Plus, with me being 6’10”, I have to make sure I fit behind the wheel comfortably, especially with a car seat since now that my wife and I have a son (now 4 years old). So after sitting in everything at the show, I decided when it came time, I was going to get the AT4, but it would be a while before I could afford a $65k truck.

Fast forward to about two months later, my folks come over for dinner and to play with our son, and guess who pulls up in a brand new, 2020 AT4? He had a 2013 Z71 and had been looking too, and said I had good taste. Perks of being old and retired, he paid cash for his new toy, so it’s mine free and clear. I just know it was a jab in the ribs that he got it red instead of a proper truck color (white, gunmetal, navy, etc.) to make himself laugh in Heaven watching me drive it.
