Curious if anyone else has had this problem when installing the REV Hard Rolling Tonneau Cover. I'll reply with pictures.

The driver side rail has a front stopper that is attached 2" from the front end of the rail while the passenger side has it's stopper fastened 1.75" from the front. This creates a mis-alignment at the back of the bed. It's really not a huge deal, but it annoying considering. The tonneau cover therefore hangs over an 1/8" on one side and is short an 1/8" on the other side.

That's funny that you noticed this because I did as well when I put my new REV cover on this past weekend! Literally same thing as you describe, slight difference, stoppers on the other end placed just like yours too. In the end I continued with the install and found it really doesn't make any difference in terms of the cover and operation. Just waiting now for a good rainfall to see if it still remains sealed up enough.

**edited to add, I have the FLIP cover, not the roll up one but I suspect these 2 designs use the same rails.

looks good though. i doubt anyone would notice.. does it leak into the bed due to this issue? does that issue cause any conflicts with installation? i am currently shopping for a tonneau cover and was interested in the Rev products.

I took mine back and got a new one. It was how I expected. It does leak a little. Our driveway is sloped. If I back in, I think rain leaks in at the tailgate seam. Not a lot, but some water gets in.
