AT4X leveling kit

Yep thats what I got. And had a shop do it. Ordered parts myself. You need a new shop apparently, it says right on there "
  • Fits Trailboss/AT4/AT4X models with 1.5-2" of suspension lift."
Fit's 19-23 sierra 1500s. It's not really model specific as long as you have 3.5in of lift.

Here's the link

Awesome, thanks for the link and info!

I have used this tire/wheels shop for 20 years now, they've always been great. The shop owner, who I know well, said that recently they had a customer bring in a kit he bought on his own - the RC 1.75" kit - and a strut (I think he said a strut) or something broke. He said RC would NOT cover it as a warranty issue and it cost over a grand to fix the problem for the guy. In the past this shop owner has not flinched at anything I have asked to have done to my trucks, which I get a new truck about every 3 years so it's been quite a few of them.

I think he would install those UCA's since they say the are approved for the AT4X. I will talk to him today or tomorrow and see what he says. I could find another shop of course, but like staying at the same place so all/any issues would be covered by them.

Again, appreciate the info!

Is your 1.75" level kit with the improved angle upper control arms or without, sticking with the stock UCA's?

Rough Country is saying the 1.75" kit with the improved angle UCA's is not approved by them for the AT4X, only for the AT4. They do have their regular front level kit, which is only $70 for the parts, but no improved UCA's.

Torn on what to do. Install the RC kit keeping the stock UCA's at my local shop, or just buy the RC kit with the improved angle UCA's and have another shop install it, or just do it myself. I'd still have to get it aligned, but that's easy enough. Staying with the stock UCA kit is cheaper to do.
Yes. I bought the one with the upgraded UCA
It’s weird (and. Little concerning) that the Ready Lift site used to say “Works with AT4X” and now says it doesn’t?! I don’t have any issues (so far) and the installer is a well known shop in Austin and said it installed and aligned very well. Not sure it that helps with decision or not, sorry

Do you live around around Round Rock? I thought I saw your exact truck at Steele GMC yesterday . What shop around Austin did you go to for the level / uca install ?

Haha, yes I actually traded it in just a few days ago. We got my wife a 2023 AT4 Yukon she’s been waiting for. I’m really waiting for the 2024 ATX 2500HD that will come fall this year, so didn’t make sense to keep this truck for another 7-9 months when i have my Bronco as daily driver.

Looks like still for sale if someone looking. That truck was $80k and has about $7500 of upgrades on it:

For shop:
Call the owner Pat at B&H Customs, he can install and align for you. He does most the lifts/levels for Steele GMC. 512-252-2900

Well it looked sharp and I hope it finds a good home! That Yukon AT4 also looks great and is very nice ride for the wife.

I will give Pat a call. Thanks for the info and see you around .

It has been a while since I did the flip, but as I recall it was not a full 2 inch. So, yes, I would agree with your guy.

I'm running 285/70r18 toyo at3's, stock rims and no level and I have zero rubbing and looks good.
Hey man that’s what I’m thinking about doing to me new at4x can you share any pics from side and side angle possibly? Many thanks!

See attached. I also decided to replace the rear 2" block with a 1".

Oh man that’s perfect. Exactly what I was looking for thank you. Looks like you even got a little space in there! Nice work..looks awesome . Thanks again!

Caution here! This thread is leveling a AT4x. After reading some post, there are some pics/mods done on AT4’s. Remember- stock AT4 has no factory lift. While the AT4x comes with a 2 in lift. This could cause the rear block to be a diff size. Just sayin.

My 21 AT4 came with a "factory" 2" lift. Its on the window sticker.

Disregard my last message then. All of my AT4’s had no lift. I kicked my own butt for post. Thanks for correcting me.
Really? that's weird. I assumed that All the AT4's came with the factory 2" lift.. Guess we both just learned something.
